We are under new management at Titan CrossFit and want to invite everyone to come give CrossFit a try.  Here at Titan we believe CrossFit is for everyone. The Titan community consists of all ages, athletic backgrounds, and fitness levels so there is no need to worry.  All that matters is that YOU want to better yourself!  While you won’t find rows of stationary bikes or weight machines, you will find pull-up bars, barbells, rowers, kettlebells and plenty of wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing — moving your body the way it is supposed to be moved. This means all of your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. We improve these functional movements so you can be better at whatever life throws your way!
