Here at Titan CrossFit you get individual coaching in a group setting. Every group session includes a warm up, instruction and a workout. Each group session is different from the one before and is structured so that no matter your fitness level you can participate. We can scale any workout to meet all fitness levels. Also if you sign up for a free trial you will get a 1 on 1 coaching session with a certified weightlifting coach!
